Meet the Team
I'm Desmond McReynolds, a Mechanical Engineering Major at the University of Colorado Boulder. I have worked as a math & science tutor in some regard for the past 5 years, and anticipate pursuing a Masters in Energy of Civil Engineering to work as either a sustainable energy developer or a consultant for the maintenance of historical buildings in disrepair.
I'm John Lehew, an Electrical and Computer Engineering Major at the University of Colorado Boulder. My previous background includes experience in welding, plumbing and pipe fitting at a commercial level. It was my experiences in commercial construction that lead me to pursue a degree in engineering.
My name is Will Anderson and I am an Engineering Plus - Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Management Major. I am currently a second-year student within the program and this is my second project at CU. I am using these project experiences to continually improve my engineering skillset and works toward a career in the field of mechanical engineering.

About CU Hyperloop
CU Hyperloop is a student organization at the University of Colorado Boulder made up of students from across the college. Founded in 2017, CU Hyperloop has competed in the SpaceX Hyperloop Pod Competition since the 2018 Season and has placed Top 50 in the world every time they’ve completed. CU Hyperloop strives to provide an open, welcoming environment for students of all backgrounds to work on a complex, competitive project where they can gain valuable experience in engineering, management, and teamwork.
